This is the Skype feature is only available in Windows Phone.

Microsoft did an update on Skype.However, this update is intended specifically for the Windows Phone platform.

The newest feature is Skype Drawing.As the name implies, this feature allows Windows Phone users to draw on the canvas, put ink in the photo, as well as provide information on the map and send it to a friend contact.

Features like this are not new in the world messaging applications. Even so, not a usual thing anyway when Microsoft provide this support only for Windows Phone.

Excerpted from The Verge, Tuesday (21/10/2014), there has been no further information whether Microsoft will release a similar feature on the Android and iOS platforms. However, many who assume if this feature will eventually be present in other platforms.

Not only presenting the drawing, the latest update of Skype for Windows Phone brings improvements, such as support HD screen, faster resume time, and the ability to sign in automatically using a Microsoft account connected to the device.

Previously, Microsoft has drawn a lot of criticism related to the performance of Skype for Windows Phone that bad when compared to other platforms.As with the debut issue of video messages that only release on the Android platform, Mac, and iOS in February last year.Therefore, Microsoft is hoping if this latest update can be received by fans of Windows Phone.
